What this Leaders Reflection Log keeps
- Your name, as your trainer entered it for your group, and the full name and organisation you type at the top of each day.
- What you type into the Leaders Reflection Log on each day of the course, so it is there when you come back and can carry forward to the next day.
- A scrambled copy of your four-number PIN. Nobody, including your trainer, can read the PIN itself.
- A record of what happens to your group: sections opened, people added or removed, sign-ins and downloads.
Your breakout group screenshot (Day 1) is not uploaded. It stays in this browser and goes into the Word Leaders Reflection Log you save.
No email addresses, cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. The pages load nothing from other websites.
Who can see it
- You, with your PIN.
- Your course trainers, signed in with their own accounts, so they can see who has finished each section and help you.
- Named assessors at Working Knowledge, signed in with their own accounts. They can download the same Word files you save at the end of each day, filed under your name and organisation, so they can mark your work. They can't change anything.
Each download is recorded, with who made it and when. Working Knowledge keep their copies under their own data policy.
You can still save your own Word files at the end of each day. Do that before the date your trainer sets for deleting your group.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The Leaders Reflection Log is run by The AI Optimist. Your work is stored in a database in London (Neon) and the pages are served from London (Vercel).
Your trainer can set a date after which your whole group's Leaders Reflection Logs are deleted automatically, and can delete the group, or remove one person and all their work, at any time. Deleting is permanent.
What to keep out of it
Do not paste other people's names or contact details, health or HR information, customer data, or anything commercially confidential. Write about your situation in a way you would be happy to share with your group. The Leaders Reflection Log warns you if a paste looks like it includes an email address, phone number or postcode.
Questions or requests
Ask your trainer. They can show you everything stored about you, export it, correct it or delete it.
